These Terms and Conditions govern your use of aurapress.co and the purchase of the AURA WordPress Theme. By purchasing our product, you agree to these terms. This service is provided by Fabryka Dobrych Stron Maciej Orzechowski, based in Warsaw, Poland.
2. GNU General Public License (GPL)
The AURA WordPress theme is 100% compliant with the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2.0 or later. This means you are free to use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the GPL guidelines.
3. Purchases and Merchant of Record
Our checkout process and license management are handled securely by Freemius, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Freemius's Terms of Service. Freemius handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing.
4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Refund Policy)
We stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with the AURA theme, we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your original purchase. To request a refund, please contact us or process the refund directly through your Freemius dashboard. After 14 days, no refunds will be granted.
5. Support Policy
We provide technical support for active license holders. Support covers help with theme installation, configuration, and fixing theme bugs. Support does not cover general WordPress training, third-party plugin conflicts, or heavy custom code modifications. Support is provided exclusively via email at support@aurapress.co.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our theme is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Fabryka Dobrych Stron Maciej Orzechowski be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our product.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
